Could we have any more trouble?

The steering system is moving like pond water as a result of very little guidance and many different possibilities. We tried to hotr wire the rudders like previously mentioned. Now we’ve tried to use expandable foam (great stuff style) inside fan fold foama nd had trouble with it not curing in places. We attributed that to needing air to cure and decided to try and inject it in two shots. That led to a VERY lumpy rudder. Now we’re going to try and hot wire some pieces the right shape from 2" foam and then wrap them in fanfold. Hopefully this gives use some better results. We’ll keep you posted.
